The End of Days: Armageddon and Prophecies of the Return (The Earth Chronicles) by Harper

Rehash of old material

Having read all the other books in the Earth Chronicles Series, I felt compelled to finish it off with Sitchin's last one. I was truly disappointed. There is practically nothing new in this book that Sitchin hasn't already discussed in his previous books. Same drawings, same maps, & same text. I gave him the benefit of doubt after hearing his last radio interview, which sounded like an add for "buy my book." I will never buy another book from Sitchin.

Always Challenging

Intellectual challenge is the trademark of Dr. Sitchin's books. As usual, his work is fascinating. But this time he approaches his topic from a wider perspective. More inquisition, less assumption and most certainly more mind-boggling theories. Superb book by all means!

A "One Star" Laugh-Per-Page Book

Sitchin has churned out so many of these fantasy-delusional little volumes, its rather amazing. And what's even more amazing is how large the legion of True Believers is who take anything Sitchen offers as Gospel.
Other "UFO/Aliens = The Gods" authors, such as Neal Freer ( Breaking the Godspell ) base much of their work on Sitchin's fantasy. In fact, a whole mythology - a whole reality-tunnel has been formed thanks to Sitchen's imagination and misinterpretation of ancient artifacts.
This book contains Sitchin's loopy views on just what the "End Times" REALLY mean and why. Nonsense, of course, but don't tell the True Believers that! Instead direct them to a good dose of REALITY at sitchiniswrong. com ! It exposes Sitchin's sloppy and, at times, completely inaccurate interpretation of ancient languages like Sumerian. By the time the True Believers get through the information at sitchiniswrong. com, they'll be ready to toss ALL of Sitchin's books including this one in the trash, guaranteed.

The end of days-Armageddom and Prophecies of the Return

Like the previous 6 books of The Earth Chronicles, this latter is also intriguing and fascinating. It's time for us to wake up to our real origin.
Zecharia Sitchin shows us how.

Product Description

Why is it that our current twenty-first century A.D. is so similar to the twenty-first century B.C.?
Is history destined to repeat itself? Will biblical prophecies come true, and if so, when?

It has been more than three decades since Zecharia Sitchin's trailblazing book The 12th Planet brought to life the Sumerian civilization and its record of the Anunnaki—the extraterrestrials who fashioned man and gave mankind civilization and religion. In this new volume, Sitchin shows that the End is anchored in the events of the Beginning, and once you learn of this Beginning, it is possible to foretell the Future.

In The End of Days, a masterwork that required thirty years of additional research, Sitchin presents compelling new evidence that the Past is the Future—that mankind and its planet Earth are subject to a predetermined cyclical Celestial Time.

In an age when religious fanaticism and a clash of civilizations raise the specter of a nuclear Armageddon, Zecharia Sitchin shatters perceptions and uses history to reveal what is to come at The End of Days.
