| Great book. Easy to read with lots of information and not so long chapters. Lots of review at the end of the chapters and critical thinking too! Also plenty of sample problems or examples to better help you. |

| for FIU students going to COM 3110, this is the book you need. FIU says you need a "special" edition, but the two books are page for page identical. The FIU version has an internet access option to sample quizzes but the other students tell me that site is constantly down. |

| I was very impressed with how quickly the book was sent out to me. Unfortunately, it was sent on the slow boat to Hawaii from CA. I received it a week late as a result. If shipping to Hawaii I would recommend Priority Mail to avoid this common problem. The issue was dealt with efficiently on Gabriela's end. The book arrived in wonderful condition. It looks brand new. I would definitely recommend purchasing used books from her in the future. |
