| Torts by Gale Cengage good outline | | easy to read, sussinct, manageable, and not overbearing outline, a good outline to study another more complicated outline. | | Torts by Gale Cengage Excellent organized concise commercial outline | No nonsense and therefore great as a reference especially before final exam time. I highly recommend for black letter law layout in addition to another commercial outline depending on what casebook you use. Disadvantage - this one doesn't refer to case names- but this is what allows it to present the law concisely. Use it with another outline like Emanuel or Gilberts. It will provide the balance you will need to supplement your learning from the casebook reading.
Some great review questions to test yourself on throughout the book. Plus two exam-type questions at the end with sample essay answers.
