While reading this book I was struck by the realization that some elements of my behavior and thought process were not "just my personality" but areas that God could bless and change for me. I learned while studying this book to let go of some deep past hurts. Hurts that I thought were already gone, but were really bubbling under the surface. This is a great book if you are willing to dig deep into your spirituality with an honest and open heart.
