My understanding is that these papers are the product of a symposium held in Alpbach Austira in the summer of 1968. Participants included numerous well known individuals such as Jerome Bruner, Jean Piaget, Arther Koestler, Ludwig von Bertalanffy. This book is a crucial document in the history of the evolution of systems thinking and represents an early forerunner of the current Conference on Thinking. |
