| I read and enjoyed Neil T. Anderson's Victory Over the Darkness and The Bondage Breaker and had looked forward to reading this book. Imagine my surprise when, upon receiving it by mail, Overcoming Negative Self-Image is not only extremely thin (roughly the amount of pages in a booklet, slightly more volumunious than a pamphlet), but it is peppered with text and case studies found in both Victory Over the Darkness and The Bondage Breaker. I only found Dave Park's parts insightful, but only because I hadn't read them before. I think the stuff found here is still very good, but only if you've never read Anderson's previous work before. You're better off getting the two aforementioned books and just forget about this one. |
