| The Crystal Children by Hay House EYE OPENING | | IF YOU ARE AN INDIGO/CHRYSTAL/RAINBOW THIS BOOK WILL EXPLAIN YOU WHY YOU ARE THE WAY YOU ARE. IT MAKES IT EASIER TO UNDERSTAND YOURSELF. IT WILL TAKE YOUR SPIRITUAL UNDERSTANDING TO A WHOLE NEW LEVEL. NICE BOOK. | | The Crystal Children by Hay House Not worth the read | This book did not live up to it's title. It didn't tell me anything about helping my children develop their psychic and intuitive skills. Sure, it told me not to repress them or make fun of them....but I don't do that anyway and didn't need a book to tell me that. It's also more about children that already show evidence of abilities....not how to develop those abilities in every child. It's very general talk ...I really didn't get anything out of it.
I was surprised b/c I've had friends rave about Doreen Virtue. | | The Crystal Children by Hay House Extremely Interesting | | This is a very basic informative book. It explains the background and characteristics of Crystal Children nicely. Enjoyed this book. | | The Crystal Children by Hay House My Grandchildren are Crystal Children | What a loving book for such amazing children. Doreen Virtue never ceases to
amaze me with her books. Not only is the cover photo perfect, but also the
inner pages filled with the most delicious descriptions of my 3 grandbabies,
now 4, 4, and almost 2. The faces and eyes and what they say and do and how
they hear something and can recite it...... all this and more is shared by
the author. They stare at you as if to see deep into your soul and know you.
You can see the "light" in their eyes. My first-born granddaughter had her
eyes wide open minutes after she was born and she looked at each one
of us as we spoke to her. Crystal Children are magnificent and magnetic,
intuitive and sensitive, and incredibly focused. They are about love and
light. Buy this book and learn so much more. It proves to be a loving and
rewarding read that you will not want to put down. | | The Crystal Children by Hay House Personal comments of "The Crystal Children" | I have an autistic 6 year old grandchild who was diagnosed PDD 4 years ago. After reading this book, I recognized certain behaviors similar to my grandchild (boy). He's very telepathic, not agressive at all, most remarkable large blue eyes. Everyone is attracted to him in a special way even though he does not talk very well. He's a very loving child and he loves to cuddle. He does not have the chateristics of an autistic child. Therefore, after reading the Crystal Children by Doreen Virtue, it gave my daughter and her family a lot of hope. We seem to understand him more since.
I'm reading several other books by Doreen Virtue that I find very interesting to read. She helped somewhat in coping and understanding better our beautiful grandson. Thank you! | | The Crystal Children by Hay House Product Description | Crystal Children reflect the new generation that has come to the Earth plane after the Indigo Children. They are approximately ages 0 through 5, although some members of the first wave of Crystal Children are as old as 7. These children are like Indigos—highly psychic and sensitive—but without the dark edge and the anger energy. The term Crystal Children is already taking hold worldwide, and people everywhere are talking about these special kids. Since Doreen is the only researcher who is publicly giving speeches on the subject, her audiences have been asking her for a book on the topic. It’s a natural sequel to her book The Care and Feeding of Indigo Children. As babies, Crystal Children may take longer than normal to begin talking. They are highly telepathic, and their tuned-in mothers communicate with them nonverbally. Because they’re so sensitive, the Crystal Children babies may fuss and cry a lot in crowded places. They’re also very fond of nature. Doreen once watched one Crystal Child walk from tree to tree, giving each one a big hug. Crystal Children are beautiful inside and out, like magnificent little high-priests and priestesses. One look in their eyes, and you’ll recognize Divine love and wisdom. Their auras are bright, radiant, and opalescent—they seem to glow from the inside! They talk about past lives, distant galaxies, and profound insights concerning peace and love. Most Crystal Children’s parents are aware that their kids are special, and they’re thrilled to be parenting such delightful children. The book includes many interviews with Crystal Children, their parents, and teachers. It discusses parenting and teaching methods that are essential to keeping these children happy and healthy, and how to avoid pitfalls that could spoil their special gifts. The book ties in to a Website called www.crystal-children.com that Doreen is preparing—an Internet site for Crystal Children and their parents where they can post messages and read relevant articles.

3 more text hack projects on leverage.sourceforge.net
Michael-McCracken.net: “13 months ago, I ‘launched’ the leverage project on sourceforge, supposed to be a place to house all the various OS X / Cocoa text manipulation hacks I’ve done, including my I-Search for NSTextView InputManager hack... today I added three more projects to the SVN repository with varying appeal and usability.”

Cocoa and the Emerging Software Market
James Duncan Davidson: “The story of Cocoa isn’t, at least not yet, about IT development where you can get a job in a big company. And it’s not yet about getting a job at a software house where the big applications are developed... Instead, the story of Cocoa is about the small software shop where people are busting out incredible software with small teams.”

Where Apple Doesn’t Always Play Nice
BusinessWeek: “Some small developers are crying foul. They’re accusing Apple of freely copying third-party programmers’ innovations into its own software. ‘Apple should work with independent developers, rather than taking everything in the house,’ Rob McNair-Huff, publisher of the popular Mac Net Journal Web site, wrote recently.”
