The stories of their success were pretty impressive and with the information they gave I could actually look it up in the property appraiser website and verify they owned it! It was pretty cool! The examples in the book really helped out the tougher sections. Most the other books I've read concentrate too much on tax liens, this only focused on tax deeds, where you can buy the properties cheap. I've been to a couple auctions in the past and this book helped clear up some issues like getting a clear title in 90 days instead of 4 years. I'm gathering together my cash to go buy my next discount property at an auction in Lake County Florida. I recommend this book. |
