great

it has great pictures and is short but to the point that for things to work out well there needs to be rules.

Excellent reinforcement of concepts taught at home and school!

I bought every title in this series (13 so far). And while they may seem a little expensive I truly believe they are worth it becuase of the positive social lessons they teach. The books are simply worded and straightforward. Because of this, they would also be very good for children with special needs. They are uncluttered, the print is large and they are ever so cutely illustrated. I'm sure you will love them and I know your child will learn something from them.

Counselor Kim

I love this book! I'm an Elementary School Counselor and I use it for Classroom Guidance. It's also been fantastic with my toddler! The pictures are so bright and engaging. When we have one of those naughty moments, when all is calm again we read the book. He really enjoys it. The message is simple enough for him but also hits home with early elementary kids. I highly recommend this book as well as the whole series--"Learning to Get Along".

Book Description

A child who can't follow rules is a child who's always in trouble. This book starts with simple reasons why we have rules: to help us stay safe, learn, be fair, and get along. Then it presents just four basic rules: "Listen," "Best Work," "Hands and Body to Myself," and "Please and Thank You." The focus throughout is on the positive sense of pride that comes with learning to follow rules. Includes questions and activities adults can use to reinforce the ideas and skills being taught. Color illustrations, 9" x 9", ages 4-8.

AWPS Template Builder/Renderer
The Little Page of Beta AppleScripts: “AWPS (Applescriptable Web Publishing System) is a template-based webpage rendering system; basically a framework into which you add your own code, templates and data, and let it do all the hard work of putting these together.
